This book was so lovely, i enjoyed reading this. It was fun, funny, cutesy and fast moving. Not your typical cliche romance book i would say. I give this book four stars of course because its that good. i totally loved the main characters Jase and Samantha . They were so cute together i totally ship them.
Sam: funny, pretty, smart , quite open minded , strong character, stands up for herself.
Jase: total hottie, really nice (not all bad boy like his brother), daddy's boy (quite adorable), total sweetheart even if you hurt him, so family oriented
Plot:
So this book is mainly about Samantha and how she spends time secretly with her next door neighbors the Garrets because her mom ( aka senator reed) doesnt approve of the Garrets. The garrets arent your typical family. They have like i think 6/ 8 children idk i lost count. Hahahha anyways, The garrets and the reeds have been neighbors for like years, but sam only officially meets jase on the top of a roof of her house (SO CUTE I KNOW I DIED FANGIRLING) . They have this adorable converstaion. Then the following day we meet his family. I really liked George and Patsy (Jase's younger siblings). Harry was so adorable, like i don't usually like children characters in books or i have nothing towards them but George was an angel .
“Is Jase already gonna marry you?”
I start coughing again. “Uh, No. No, George. I’m only seventeen.” As if that’s the only reason we’re not engaged.
“I’m this many.” George holds up four, slightly grubby fingers. “But Jase is seventeen and a half. You could. Then you could live in here with him. And have a big family.”
Jase strides back into the room, of course, midway through this proposition. “George. Beat it. Discovery Channel is on.”
George backs out of the room but not before saying, “His bed’s really comfortable. And he never pees in it.”

Patsy was so adorable, that lil baby stole my heart. We also meet Alice, his sisters who's the main character in the next book. Then there's timothy and Nan who are siblings, To be very honest i did not like Nan from the beginning of the book, she kept spazzing about her boyfriend and here i was like YEAH I GET YOU HAVE ONE. I wasnt a big fan of tim in the beginning but he turned out to be total joker at the end, i loved him. Tim's also going to be the main character in the second . He literally takes his crush on alice to a whole new level. We have sam's sister whose mostly MIA in the book because shes out for the summer.
Okay that's all i'm telling you because the rest sounds like a spoiler. This book is worth every penny and if you're experiencing a book hangover this book is definitely a go to. Leave a comment and tell me what you think! :)
